Hello, I'm Daniel Savoie, a 27 year old illustrator from Acushnet, Massachusetts, currently living in New Bedford, Massachusetts.  I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth back in 2008 earning my Bachelors degree in Illustration/Visual Design.  After college I went on to do quite a bit of Illustration and Graphic design freelance work for multiple clients while also showing work in a handful of galleries throughout New Bedford such as Artworks, Gallery X, and the UGLY Gallery.

 

Lately, I have been balancing Illustration and Graphic Design freelance work while working for Hasbro toys in Providence, Rhode Island.  I often get commissioned for portraits, caricatures, logos, flyers, and t-shirt designs.  I find being both an Illustrator and a Graphic Designer to be beneficial to each other in that I am capable of creating designs with both traditional and digital mediums as well as enhancing illustrations digitally.
